If you want that American-Italian taste, extra sauce and the light tang of fresh tomato, you want to order/dine here. They do the perfect size personal pizzas for under $7, and add a can of soda for $1 extra. It's perfect for the poor college student. So many references to Italy in this tiny eatery. If they don't know you, they'll give you a discount coupon and if they do, they'll just give you a discount. They knew me as "the rollerblade girl", when I went all of the time. I love the service and it's my favorite pizza in Maimi.

Great pizza. Love the thin crust. Everything I've had is very good. The staff is very nice and professional. I don't give it 5 stars because of the parking and location in one of those mini mall shopping centers.

We wanted to order pizza from somewhere "new", so I found Piccolos online. We just got our pizza 15 minutes ago. Honestly, it is the most disgusting pizza I have ever had in my life. My pizza was soaking wet. It was like someone had dunked it into a sink. Not only that, but there was NO taste whatsoever. I don't think I could make a worse pizza if I tried. I called to get a refund and was told a manager would have to call me back. We will see. They can come pickup the nasty pizza for all I care. Save your money and order from somewhere else!!!

This place has the best pizza in town! Every time I come to Miami I have to eat here. Got a tour of the kitchen and these guys are amazing! So fast, really clean place, and the food is consistently sooo tasty.

It is refreshing to receive such prompt, cordial, and helpful service, particularly considering how handsome I happen to be. The waitress listed off the drinks available with such fluid rapidity that I half-expected her to start naming off all of the Shoguns of Japan and the Chinese Dynasties throughout history. This service, by the way, is even more remarkable in light of the fact that it is taking place in Miami, a city whose main export is rudeness and soundtrack is the bleating of car horns signalling reckless and impatient driving. The pizza, by the way, has a light, crisp crust, and the cheese and sauce are both pleasant in taste and moderate in proportion. I would say it's an above-average New York style pizza. The restaurant itself is a bit cramped for a family, I would say, so if you're particularly fertile I'd recommend ordering it from home. My experience may have partially been colored by the astonishingly lovely lady who was benevolent enough to accompany me, but I recommend this establishment even if you don't find yourself in her company or that of a reasonable substitute(if such a thing is possible).

This place KILLS KILLS KILLS a certain highly reviewed pizza place up the road and around the corner. Their cheese pizza is the most authentic in all of Miami and even Ft Lauderdale from what I have found. Prices are great, delivery is fast and you can even order on line. I'm from NJ originally and was looking for similar tasting cheese pizza. Its impossible to find good pizza down here but finally Piccolo gets it done right.

I have to say this is artisanal pizza. I am a New Yorker and will only eat at Piccolo Pizza when I am in Miami. I love the Sole d'Italia. I wish I could find it in NYC! This place is a gem to all who eat here. If you have ever had pizza in Europe you will appreciate the pizza even more here. They even have the spicy olive oil made in house! I don't understand why more pizzerias don't do this?!? I heard some customers say they had been going there for 10 years. The owner is a great guy who you can tell really cares about his product. If you are in Miami, No matter where you are you want to get a pizza from here, No matter where you are in Miami or Fort Lauderdale take the trip. Maybe you don't because you will crave it and may develop a habit. PLEASE DELIVER TO NYC 1 Large Sole d'Italia Please!

I was so excited because of the reviews and decided to order. I got a pizza, greek salad, bread rolls, and tiramisu. The pizza was absolutely disgusting. Why would they send me a soaked, mushy pizza? The bread rolls were extremely stale. the salad was ok nothing special. When I called to tell them about their soggy pizza they told me I shouldn't have ordered that specific pizza and that it was not their fault. I asked for a manager (which didn't even answer the phone). The girl that answers the phone tells me that the manager said only this time they would do me a favor and send me another pizza. To make things even crazier... they call me back to tell me the driver says it's not his fault either and that they have to add another delivery charge on my card. payin Paying delivery is fine but what's not fine is the way in which they speak to their customers. Everyone there played the classic blame game. To top everything when I finally two hours later finally get my pizza the delivery driver says that the manager needs the old pizza as proof. Lmaooo this place is a joke. $50 bucks I spent went down the drain.

We've been ordering from here since it opened, and the food is consistently excellent. We especially appreciate the whole wheat options on pizzas and paninis.

Best pizza delivery in North Miami. Pizza is delicious, made with a great sauce and thinish crunchy crust. The salads are very good too. Unfortunately, I stick only with the pizza and salads as some of the other menu items I have tried are not as good.

After reading the reviews here I was excited to try their pizza but most people don't know what good pizza is here in Miami. I ordered large cheese w/ basil on top and it was nothing special. Just ok. The sauce is rather sweet and the dough was ok. Not as thin and crispy as I like. Definitely not NY style and rather on the small side. Their tiramisu was ok and delivery was decent. Didn't take forever. My fave pizza is Andiamo and Mario The Baker on 25th st for NY Style. Unfortunately i'm living in Miami Shores right now and neither one delivers here..... :-(

If I could live in this place, I would. That's how awesome the pizza here is. And the service is friendly and quick. True, it's smaller than my living room,(and thats saying something) but the food certainly compensates for it. The owner is french and super nice, which I thought he wouldve been italian for this is the best pizza ive ever had...no bs. I only get to eat here rarely because its far from me but, its worth it. Havent tried the other goodies but im sure they dont disappoint. I always get the vegetarian pizza which has eggplants, red peppers, onions, and the crust is thin and crispy, yet chewy at the same time...perfection. I saw through a little window they have, that they hand toss the pizza dough, its cool:)

Outstanding delivery pizza and Italian food among a bunch of mediocre local delivery pizza places. The owner/ chef is passionate about his food and although the eat in facilities are utilitarian and small, as a delivery place this can't be beat. If you want to order pizza/ Italian in the North Miami area and you know the difference between great and average, this is the place to order from

Really solid pizza. As a New Yorker I know very very good pizza so that should give me a little credence when I say this was a good slice of pizza. Not spectacular, it wouldn't beat its NYC counterpart, but a good slice of pizza. For Miami it was very worth it and I would go back. Plus the guy who took our orders was incredibly friendly and a really good guy. He's very warm with a mild french accent and it made the pizza even more enjoyable. Great experience I would recommend it for a good quick cheap bite.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
